ContentKeeper® Web Filtering System - Advanced Reporting

ContentKeeper’s® Advanced Reporting Module (ARM) provides comprehensive reporting on Internet usage for large and small enterprises in a simple-to-use interface. It is an essential resource allowing organizations to effectively monitor what their users and systems are actually doing on a day to day basis.

ARM provides instant ad-hoc reporting as well as the ability to fully automate the entire report generation and delivery process and lifecycle.

ARM provides high level summary reports showing enterprise usage and trends by categories, groups, byte counts, protocols etc. as well as allowing users to simply drill down within any table or graphic to get to the basic details. To see other summary views the user can simply pop up to level or view of interest.

Reports can be extensively customized. User can take advantage of existing templates or simply use the wizards to create their own. Most visited sites, most active users, problem users, dates, times, byte counts, machines infected with spyware/adware are all easily identified.

Reports can be scheduled to run at any time convenient and delivered to the appropriate section head/manager via email or automatically deposited on a convenient intranet server.

ARM is available in three sizes, one of which will be suitable for your organization

  • Platinum - ARM Platinum can analyze unlimited log file data sizes, allowing organizations to analyze large log files and years of historical data.  It is suitable for both large and medium size enterprises.
  • Gold - ARM Gold is capable of analyzing up to 5 Gigabytes of log file data. It is suitable for medium and small sized enterprises.
  • Silver - ARM Silver is capable of analyzing up to 2 Gigabytes of log file data. It is suitable for small enterprises.
