ContentKeeper®™ Service Provider (SP) - Overview

ContentKeeper® SP provides website content filtering technologies for use with Internet access services.

ContentKeeper® SP for Service Providers allows SPs to offer filtered access (i.e. "parental controls") to your dial and dedicated subscriber accounts. ContentKeeper® SP features end-user control of filtering criteria as well as control of access and filtering criteria by time-of-day. By deploying ContentKeeper® SP Service Providers can:

It utilizes U.S. Patent Pending "Closed Loop Collaborative Filtering" technology which provides AUTOMATED, WORLD-WIDE HOURLY collection and redistribution of the URLs of newly categorized websites thereby insuring that it's Control List is the most effective and up-to-date list available.

ContentKeeper® features a local Real-Time Blocking and Artificial Intelligence engine for analysis and reclassification of URLs not in its Control List. Combined with the Control List, the RTB/AI engine allows ContentKeeper® to monitor and manage BOTH incoming and outgoing internet activity vs. the outgoing-only design of most other filtering products.

ContentKeeper® SP™ allows Service Providers to offer filtered, "family-friendly" and personalized Internet access to their subscribers without the overhead of managing thousands of individual filtering preferences.

By deploying ContentKeeper® SP™, Dial and High Speed Access Providers can equip their subscribers with the tools needed to self-enroll and then manage their own filtering policies, on-line and in real-time, while generating new revenues and/or improving subscriber retention.

Filtering policies allow the blocking of website addresses in some twenty-six different categories, time-of-day control of access (on a per account / sub-account basis) and the customized treatment of up to 500 URLs per individual account, all under password protected access.
